Microtexture processing using ultra-short pulse lasers from Lips Works can perform not only embossing of simple shapes such as cylindrical and hemispherical forms but also complex shapes. Since ultra-short pulse lasers are used, there are no thermal effects such as burrs. Adjustments to processing range, emboss diameter, depth, pitch, and other parameters are also possible. In addition to complex embossing examples, arbitrary shapes can be applied.
